  3. It is easier to use a food Processes, put your walnuts in first, then the Black Sesame Seeds seeds, Grind ingredients together into a powder. if you are using a blander like me it will be a little lumpy. I have found that people like this. I have been mixing the ingredients and Honey in blow. Again I am using a blander and it is harder to grind and mix. I prefer my Balls Rawer as cooking destroys some of the nutriments. To make the mixture in to balls, first wash your hands. Take two Tablespoons of the mix, press it hard together and roll it into a ball. This is fun I made them with Javier and we had a great time . Enjoy

PS: I got the Black Sesame Seeds at the health food store.

  5. The brand I got is called Shiloh Farms. Call the stores Fairway, Westerly, and Health Nut and see if they carry Black Sesame Seeds. I got them from a store on the East side, let me know and I can pick up a bag for you next time I go. Also ask Kate and Javier to get you a bag from the Food Co-op the next time they go.
