Energy for Life


1) Consume 70-80% food that are alkaline eg green vegetables, almond, avocado...

2) Limit intake of Acidic-forming food eg animal meats, diary product, sugar(acidic), white flour

3) Breathe Deeply;Bring oxygen to body/brain.
    NB:Cancer cells dies on oxygen & alkaline

4)Exercise regularly:Detox & improve immune system
